Website and data

Oblio

You connect your Oblio account with your email and API key. Animalia pulls in the company details, invoice series and VAT rates on its own, and you check them before you turn it on.

How it works

  • The invoice is created in your Oblio account, with Oblio’s numbering.
  • You choose whether the invoice is issued automatically when the appointment is completed or stays a draft so you can check it first.
  • Payments, cancellations and reversals reach Oblio too.
  • You need an active Oblio account, paid separately. Invoices are issued in lei (RON, the Romanian currency).

SmartBill

You connect SmartBill under Invoices → Setup, with your email, API token and the company’s CIF (tax ID), then pick the invoice series.

How it works

  • You issue, cancel, reverse and collect payment from Animalia, and the document shows up in SmartBill.
  • SmartBill sends it to e-Factura, following the settings in your SmartBill account.
  • You work with either SmartBill or Oblio, not both at once.
  • You need an active SmartBill account, paid separately.

e-Factura

You issue the invoice in Animalia, and it reaches e-Factura, Romania’s e-invoicing system, through your invoicing software: Oblio or SmartBill. Animalia doesn’t send to ANAF directly.

Good to know

  • The client can be an individual or a company, with a CUI (tax ID).
  • With SmartBill, sending follows the settings in your SmartBill account.

Stripe

You open your Stripe account from Animalia, through Stripe’s sign-up steps, where you also add the bank account you receive the money in.

How it works

  • You choose: no deposit, a fixed amount, a percentage or full payment.
  • The client pays by card on the Stripe payment page.
  • It works for grooming appointments, hotel bookings and events.
  • You refund in full or in part. At a hotel, refunds can be automatic, following your policy.

Fiscal cash registers

You issue the fiscal receipt from Animalia, through a driver installed on the computer connected to the cash register.

Connection

  • Animalia opens in the browser, on the same computer the driver runs on.
  • The cash register must be connected and set up to work with the computer.
  • Built-in drivers: FiscalNet, Fisco, Tremol ZFPLab and FisCool. The driver license may cost extra.
Check your model

WhatsApp

Reminders go out on WhatsApp on their own, from Animalia’s number. The client taps Confirm or Cancel, and the appointment updates in the calendar.

How it works

  • Messages use the templates approved by WhatsApp: reminders, confirmations and campaigns.
  • One message costs one credit, and a marketing message costs two. Credits are shared with SMS.
  • If a message can’t be delivered on WhatsApp, it goes out by SMS automatically.

SMS

You send automatic reminders and campaigns by SMS, from the credits included in your plan.

How it works

  • How many credits you get depends on the plan.
  • A long message uses more credits.
  • When the credits run out, you can carry on with pay-per-message, with a spending limit you choose.
  • Messages go out with Animalia as the sender. We’ll activate a custom name of up to 11 characters for you, on request.

Google Calendar

You sign in with your Google account in the phone app, and your Google Calendar events show up in the Animalia calendar, next to your appointments.

Good to know

  • It works in the iOS and Android app.
  • Each team member connects their own Google account.
  • Google events don’t block slots for online booking.

Apple Calendar

From the Animalia Booking app, the client adds the appointment to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook or their phone’s calendar.

Any website

You copy a code from Settings → Widget integration and paste it on your website. Clients book without leaving your page.

How it works

  • You choose the format: the booking page embedded in your site, a button that opens it, or the form directly on the page.
  • For WordPress there’s a ready-made shortcode.
  • It works for grooming, hotel, veterinary and events.
  • You also get a public link and a QR code, for Instagram or for the front desk.

Google Sheets

You paste the address of a Google Apps Script into Animalia, following the three-step guide in the app. Every new appointment arrives as a row in the sheet.

Good to know

  • The row has the date and time, the client, the pet, the services, who’s working and the price.
  • Appointments created by the team make it into the sheet. Online bookings, changes and cancellations don’t.

Who is Animalia Business for?

Grooming salons, veterinary clinics, pet hotels and businesses that offer more than one of these services.

Can I use several modules in the same account?

Yes. You can use the grooming, veterinary and hotel modules in one account, depending on your business and plan.

Is it a good fit for a small business?

Yes. Start with a small team and switch to another plan when you need more people or more locations.

Can I manage more than one location?

Yes. You keep locations and teams in the same account. How many locations are included depends on the plan.

Can I add a module later?

Yes. Start with the module you need and add others when you expand your services.

What can I run in Animalia?

Appointments, client data, messages and payments stay in the same app. Depending on the module, you also get medical records, inventory or boarding reservations.

What do I need to set up first?

You choose your business type and the modules you need. The app prepares the right structure, then you add your services, hours and team.

How does the app adapt to my business?

When you create the account, you pick the modules that fit your work. Animalia sets itself up around that choice, and you add your business details.

Do I have to install the app?

On a computer you can work right in the browser. On your phone there are dedicated apps for iOS and Android. Connecting a fiscal cash register requires setting up a compatible driver.

Will you help me move my data from my current app?

Yes, data migration is free. We check what can be exported from your current app and prepare the transfer together.

How long does it take to get started?

It depends on how your business is set up and the data you want to import. In the demo we map out the steps and tell you what switching to Animalia involves.

How does my team learn the app?

Can I work from a phone or tablet?

Yes. You can use Animalia Business on a phone, tablet and computer.

Where do I see appointments and reservations?

In the grooming or veterinary module you follow appointments on the calendar. In the hotel module you see reservations by room and length of stay.

Can I keep each pet's history?

Yes. The pet's profile brings together the visits and information your team recorded, depending on the module you use.

Can I message clients?

Yes. You have SMS and WhatsApp messages for reminders, confirmations and campaigns. You choose the messages, the recipients and when they go out, depending on your setup and the credits available.

Can I issue invoices and track payments?

Yes. You prepare invoices and track payments in the app. For fiscal receipts, you connect a compatible fiscal cash register.

What reports can I see?

You can track payments, services and team activity. The hotel module also includes room and occupancy reports. You choose the period you want to look at.

How is client data protected?

You decide what each colleague can access through roles and permissions. Details on how data is processed are in the privacy policy; you can contact us with specific questions.

Can I give my colleagues access?

Yes. You add colleagues up to your plan's limit and set each person's role and permissions.

How do I get help?

Support is in Romanian. You can write to us on WhatsApp or reach us by phone and email, using the details on the Contact page.

Can I try Animalia before I choose a plan?

Yes. You get a 14-day free trial, no card. You start with a demo where we show you the app and talk about your business.

Can I pay monthly or yearly?

Yes. You choose monthly or yearly billing. With yearly billing you pay the equivalent of 10 months and use the app for 12.

How is the price set for my business?

You choose the plan based on your team and locations. Included members aren't charged separately; each plan's limits are on the pricing page.

Do I need a website to take online bookings?

No. Clients book from your Animalia Booking page, which you share by link or QR code. If you want a website too, Animalia Studio builds it at half price while your subscription is active, with hosting and maintenance included.
